Certified biodynamic at only 13.5 per cent alcohol with aromas of honey, baked pear, floral, vanilla, spicy lees and earthy, apricot skin. Ripe, rich, round, juicy and elegant yet with fine texture. Apricot, nutty, floral, lees, ginger, guava, pear and citrus flavours with a buttery, baked quince finish. Very flavourful yet delicate and round, drinking well now but could be even better in a decade’s time. A touch lighter than previous vintage but still a very fine effort.
